Four vehicles and one annual event limit
The online offer provides up to three service events per enrollment year. It does not describe three events for each of four vehicles. Ask support to confirm driver eligibility, how vehicles are identified and how changes in your household affect the enrollment before relying on the benefit.
Confirm people and vehicles separately
Do not assume a household relationship automatically makes a driver or vehicle eligible. Ask how your program treats spouses, young drivers, students living away from home, borrowed cars, rental vehicles, and newly purchased vehicles. Keep the answers with your enrollment materials.
Programs may count service events across an entire enrollment rather than separately for each vehicle. Confirm how shared limits work before comparing plans.
Make a simple contact plan
Each eligible driver should have the dispatch instructions, member or confirmation number, and a family callback contact. Practice describing a location using a road name, travel direction, exit number, or nearby landmark. A saved map pin can help when it is safe to access your phone.
Plan for passengers
Tell dispatch about passengers and any assistance needs that affect the service. A tow truck may have limited seating. Do not assume the roadside benefit includes transportation for the whole household, a child safety seat, pet transport, or a rental car. Ask what arrangements you will need to make.
Review the plan when your household changes
A new driver, a move, or a vehicle change is a good time to confirm eligibility and contact details. A benefit offered through a car wash or another organization may use different enrollment rules from an individually purchased AAPP program.
$44.79 at enrollment, then $44.79 monthly until canceled. No separate shipping or processing fee. Roadside service is subject to eligibility, activation terms, safe access and provider availability. Excess towing mileage, products, parts, supplies and unauthorized charges are the member’s responsibility.
