Request roadside assistance
Use the roadside dispatch instructions delivered with your membership. If you cannot find them, ask general member support for help locating the correct contact. Have your location, callback number and vehicle information ready. For an immediate emergency, call 911.
Enrollment, documents and billing questions
Have your name, enrollment date and confirmation or membership reference ready when contacting support. Explain which document, benefit or charge you need help with. Never send full payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers or passwords through general email.
Cancel your online AAPP membership
Call during the customer-service hours above or email info@aapp.club to request cancellation. Cancellation stops future AAPP billing. Ask for confirmation and retain it with your enrollment records.
