The current GetAAPP.net offer charges $44.79 at enrollment and renews automatically at $44.79 monthly until canceled, with no separate shipping or processing fee. Retain your confirmation, membership terms and recurring-payment authorization so you can refer to them later.
Review your name and contact information for accuracy. Contact general support if you need help understanding your enrollment record or locating your benefit details.
Locate the roadside instructions before you need them
Save the dispatch number issued with your roadside benefit, along with your member details. General customer support and roadside dispatch serve different purposes. The general support number is (813) 264-7110, Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–8 p.m. Eastern. For dispatch, use your issued roadside instructions.
Online enrollment does not itself request roadside service. Confirm eligibility and activation terms before relying on the benefit, including when a vehicle problem has already occurred.
Understand the shared service limits
The online roadside description includes up to four eligible household vehicles and three service events per enrollment year. The event allowance is shared across the enrollment, not multiplied by the number of vehicles. Eligible towing is up to 15 miles to an approved facility; excess mileage is the member’s responsibility.
Confirm applicable service authorization, exclusions and any extra charges with dispatch. A business-partner or other AAPP program may have different terms.
Ask about documents without sharing payment details
Email info@aapp.club or call general support when you have questions about your enrollment, paperwork or billing. Identify the enrollment you need help with. Do not email full payment-card numbers or include private account details in a public review.
Keep any support or cancellation confirmation with your original enrollment materials. The terms issued to you govern your membership and any refund eligibility.
